Every one of us is unique, a particular coming together of cells and experiences unlike any other. We are each a product of causes and conditions, yet there is more that joins us than separates us. One of our life tasks is to recognize and honor our uniqueness and richness, but also to see through the conditioning of our particular perspective, too see beyond what we believe to be true, to see clearly the way things are outside the limitations of our conditioned perspective.
First Steps - Four Session Introduction to Mindfulness and Insight

This Introduction to Insight and Mindfulness is offered by arrangement and in conjunction with personal work with the CD, Going Beyond What you Believe to be True: First Steps, a computer based course available for purchase online.

Register for work with a First Steps teacher HERE. You may select a listed teacher or we will assign another based on current availability. First Steps teachers have various backgrounds, but all are working with Mary to offer the First Steps course as it was intended. At this time the course is offered on a Dana basis (unless you are taking it as continuing education).
