Policy Statement for Individual Work - Effective 2010 March 1, 2010 With the level of work we are doing, weekly appoinments are seldom necessary. If we work together you are probably not in a crisis situation, but enriching an already full and satisfying life. We will meet in person, by telephone, or Skype. If we are not meeting in person, it will be helpful and make our sessions more effective if you plan a silent sitting before and after our session. I also request that after the session you make a very brief written statement of your immediate insights from our shared encounter. The current fee, one hundred dollars for a 50-55 minute session, is due before appointments are scheduled. Session fees will be fully reimbursed if cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.* Please return a signed copy of this letter and your first session fee and we will schedule our first appointment. With this letter, fees will not change when rates increase.
