Watch the old year dissolve with mindful attention and spacious awareness. Open the New Year with clarity about your visions, grounded in current reality, and open to possibility!

We will sit together New Years Eve and return to our homes with some recommended reflections on the old year and suggested activites for bringing the year to a close. On Tuesday we will begin the New Year together with periods of silence interspersed with instruction and guided activities for creating - all in relationship to mindfulness.

This retreat, open to both new and experienced practitioners, is being held in Houston at the Spectrum Center, 4100 Westhiemer Suite # 233 Houston, TX 77027.

How to Register Please register by December 22.

The registration fee is $75 and does not include a teaching fee. It is intended to cover operating expenses only. This retreat is offered in the spirit of Dana with the intention to keep costs as low as possible. The suggested teaching fee is an additional $75.

  • Register online by copying the registration form and pasting it in an email message. You will then be able to fill in the information and mail to mary@citta101.org. Pay on line by using PayPal.


    • Expect an email response to your emailed registration form within three or four days. If you do not hear from us, please send your registration form again and leave a voice message at 713-662-2743. We don't want you to miss the retreat...and email is not always reliable.

    Formal confirmation letters with useful information for the retreatants will also be sent via email after Christmans.
