Application for Individual Work
Meditation Course - Mindfulness and Insight
Meditation skills provide essential tools for observing your own mind, to evaluate its effectivenss, to intervene in its processes. The practices also bring you in touch with Mystery, to deepened maturity in your spiritual practice, to alignment of your life with Mystery, and thus to unfoldment of the deepest heart's desires.
    The course includes:
    • six one hour sessions (on telephone or in person)
    • practice materials provided

    Fee: $600

  • Use PayPal.
  • Make your payment on line via PayPal or credit card. You are also welcome to mail payment (use the address at left of page).
  • Complete the application form which will open after you make payment.
  • Contact Mary to schedule an appointment if you have not heard from her within a weeks time.
  • Public group courses are also available.
  • Ongoing support available by mutual agreement.
