Getting Started
Begin with a meditation course (either a group or individual course, public or private). Meditation skills are foundational to skillful attention in any facet of life. Follow the meditation course with individual work including a formal assessment. The assessment provides invaluable information for intelligently targeted use of your skills in attention, mindfulness, awareness, and insight. With a creating course, the mindfulness and awareness become tools for creating the life we most deeply desire.
Three Tracks
These three general training tracks can be approached individually or in tandam and can be tailored to meet the needs of the individual and unique populations.
Learn meditation to develop foundational skills for being fully awake in the world, to live your deepest desires, and as a support for learning to live with stress with out being in stress!
Follow up with: Spiritual Direction, Private Consultation, or Community Participation
Discover your unique interests, needs, and stress patterns through an assessment process that can include measures of self-compassion, attention skills, stress behaviors, and physical symptoms.
Learn to create so that your life and what comes from your life activity is in line with what you really want.
Exploration of all three tracks culminates in skillful use of attention, applying mindfulness and awareness to daily life based on your skills, needs, and stress patterns and on your heart's deepest desires. Your whole life be part of your spiritual practice, reflecting your deepest values and desires.
