This course is appropriate for students with an intentional daily practice who have discovered the great value of retreat experience as means of opening the heart/mind. Our reading material will come from source materials in the Theravada tradition. In some cases text material will be provided. Due to depth of exploration in the teaching and practice, individual attention will be an integral part of the course.
These sessions will be provided on line with individual follow up or periodic group meetings. YOu do not have to be able to come to group meetings, but at least one retreat a year is recommended.
You will need to purchase some texts as we go along. An initial fee of $50 is required. This is your membership fee for 2008. Dana is be requested on an ongoing basis for the teaching.
