Cancellation and Refund Policy

Group Courses
There are no refunds for cancellations the week of events unless another registrant can take your place. In most cases cancellations at earlier times will be refunded in full less 20% of the required deposit.
The exception is for residential retreats. For these cases, refund policies will be set to meet registration deadlines of the facility.
Fees vary between courses. See registration form for course fees.
Individual Sessions
Payments for individual sessions are due at the time of the session. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or full payment is due.
Fees for telephone and email sessions are due when the session is scheduled. Fees will be refunded if cancellations are made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Current rates for 50 minute indiviudal sessions are $100.
Sponsorship Status for Continuing Education
Citta 101/Conscious Dynamics is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Citta 101/Conscious Dynamics maintains responsibility for all program offered here and their contents.
Citta 101/Conscious Dynamics is also an approved sponsor for continuing education for
social workers, counselors, and therapists (LCSW, LPC, and LMFT).
